Wausau
A National Landmark
This landmark building was built in 1923 as the Hiawatha Train Depot. In the 1970’s it was adopted as the iconic representational home office for Wausau Insurance and gained national recognition. Today, it’s still “serving” the community as Time Keepers Distillery. It’s proof a good building can have many lives if it has a great roof.

Marathon Park Pavilion Buildings
Badger Roofing is proud to have been chosen to roof the tallest building in Marathon Park - the pavilion. The pavilion is an exhibition building that was designed by the firm of Oppenhamer and Obel and built in 1924 and is still being used today over 100 years later. The hexagonal-shaped building has a distinctive red shingle roof with matching cupola, from which radiate six rectangular wings with gable roofs.
